Upstairs, the main level invites you to gather. Large windows frame the rolling expanse of Snowmass Valley, pulling the outdoors in with every change of light. The living area feels open yet grounded—ideal for morning coffee as the sun lifts over the hills or evenings spent recounting the day’s best runs, whether by bike or ski. The kitchen and dining spaces flow easily, making shared meals feel effortless. This floor also features a king-sized guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom. 

Step outside and you’ll find one of many tiered outdoor decks designed to be enjoyed year-round. Whether it's the dedicated outdoor dining patio overlooking all of Snowmass, the side patio with lounge and outdoor grill area, or the top tier patio with brand new hot tub - all levels are built to simply take in the quiet hum of the high country. 

Upstairs from the kitchen level, the home’s bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to offer privacy and comfort—ideal for families or groups traveling together. Three bedrooms occupy this top floor. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, a private deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, shower, large walk-in closet, and direct access to the hot tub deck. Two additional guest bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. One guest room offers a king bed, while the other serves as a spacious bunk room with a twin-over-queen bunk, large TV, and a Nugget kids couch—perfect for younger guests to settle in after a day on the mountain.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for up to two dogs. There is a $50 per dog, per night which is automatically added to your reservation when you select the number of pets you are bringing.

Sleeping arrangements: Primary bedroom (top floor): King bed with ensuite, Bedroom 2 (top floor): King bed with jack-and-jill bathroom, Bedroom 3 (top floor): Kid-focused room with twin over queen, Bedroom 4 (second floor - same as kitchen/dining/living): king-bed with ensuite bathroom. 

Parking & Transportation: 1 space in the carport, 2 additional spots in the driveway (3 cars total). Snowmass Base Village has a free local shuttle that loops through the resort and connects to RFTA buses for trips to Aspen and beyond. It’s a convenient, car-free way to access lifts, dining, and trails. You will need a vehicle to access the home. 

The location: Located in Snowmass Village overlooking Snowmass Valley, just a short drive to Snowmass Base Village and the Elk Camp Gondola. Easy access to hiking and biking trails in summer, and just 15 minutes to downtown Aspen.
